The study sought to define the concept of "Artificial General Intelligence: Managing Uncontrollable Situations by Identifying Risks, Applying Mitigation Techniques, and Developing Recovery Strategies" as a foundation for making computers as intelligent and adaptable as humans. If developers succeed, it could change everything about how our societies interact with this technology. But there are also real risks that must be carefully considered. The study draws on the Bureau's methodology and reviews previous literature and study to define "Artificial General Intelligence: Managing Uncontrollable Situations by Identifying Risks, Applying Mitigation Techniques, and Developing Recovery Strategies." By integrating insights from the fields of innovation, ethical considerations, and governance, this study supports a comprehensive and flexible strategy for ensuring that AGI is harnessed safely and responsibly. The study concludes that AGI has unparalleled potential, but its risks require careful consideration. This paper identifies the key threats—which include safety, ethics, economics, security, and existential concerns—and proposes a three-pronged framework for risk detection, contingency planning, and recovery strategies. The study recommends the need to adapt to the emergence of new knowledge and ensure that its development serves the interests of humanity and protects our future.
