Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of digital skills training on employee performance at the Saudi Ground Services Company, which is witnessing a rapid digital transformation, making digital skills training essential for employee effectiveness and organizational success. While previous studies highlight the importance of upgrading digital skills, the study followed a descriptive and analytical approach. The study population consisted of workers and employees at the Saudi Ground Services Company. The study relied on a simple random sample method, with a total of (357) employees at the Saudi Ground Services Company. A structured questionnaire was used to assess the relationship between digital skills training and key job performance measures. The study reached several results, the most important of which were: digital skills training significantly improves employee productivity, adaptability, and operational efficiency. Employees who receive structured training demonstrate advanced technological proficiency, fewer operational errors, and higher job satisfaction. These results emphasize the need to continuously improve digital skills to maintain the sector's competitiveness. Based on the previous findings, the study reached the most important recommendations: organizations should invest in digital training programs specifically designed to enhance workforce efficiency and innovation, and identify employee training and development needs based on the required tasks and responsibilities.
