Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of Saudi business incubators, with their various dimensions (financial The study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation in its dimensions (technological, organizational, human, and service) on raising the efficiency of government project management at the Jeddah Development Authority. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used a questionnaire as the main tool to collect data from a sample of employees in departments and sections related to project management, numbering (170) employees. A random sample of (111) individuals was selected, and the data was analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that the level of digital transformation at the Jeddah Development Authority was high, reflecting the Authority's interest in adopting and employing modern technologies to develop the performance of government projects. The results also showed that the organizational dimension of digital transformation is the most influential among the dimensions of transformation at the Authority. The results also showed that the Authority's project management efficiency was high, attributed to the presence of clear administrative foundations such as effective communication between teams and approved quality standards. The results also revealed a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of digital transformation and project management efficiency, indicating that the success of digital transformation directly contributes to improving the efficiency of government projects and enhancing the effectiveness of implementation processes. There were also statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience, specifically in assessing project management efficiency, indicating that accumulating professional experience contributes to shaping a deeper understanding of project management practices and enhancing an individual's assessment of performance efficiency. The study recommended the need to enhance and expand investment in digital transformation within the Jeddah Governorate Development Authority by continuing to modernize the digital infrastructure and adopting advanced technologies that align with global best practices in government project management.
