Abstract

The study aimed to explore the impact of the internal work environment on achieving administrative creativity in the Saudi Telecom Company. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, as the study questionnaire was designed based on previous standards and studies as a tool for collecting the necessary data. The simple random sample method was relied upon, and (100) individuals were formed from administrative and technical employees in upper and middle management. The study tool was the electronic questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the statistical science program SPSS. The most important results were: Institutions and organizations have the greatest impact on the level of innovation and creativity of employees and workers, as the work environment was based on rigidity and restrictions, workers would evade the job at any time they were allowed to do so. In contrast, if it was a fun and renewed environment that was not characterized by boring routine, it would contribute to making them innovate and create. Based on the results of the study, it was recommended that the management of the studied institution should establish training programs in a good and thoughtful manner, which would. The need to achieve administrative creativity, thus strengthening the organization's competitive position, requires job rotation and organizational restructuring to place the right person in the right position, i.e., employing job enrichment to raise levels of experience, knowledge, and skill, and prioritizing highly qualified employees to leverage their expertise and ideas to develop the organization's second-tier workforce.
