The Role of Artificial Intelligence Development Ethics in Enhancing Strategic Mechanisms, Organizational Culture, and Transformational Leadership: An Analytical Descriptive Study

The study aimed to identify the ethical challenges that may be encountered when using artificial intelligence (AI). It also aimed to identify the procedures followed to ensure its responsible use, as well as to identify how the absence of clear ethical frameworks impacts the use of AI in various fields. It also aimed to identify the ethical standards required to ensure the responsible and safe development of AI technologies.
The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach, through a review of the literature and previous studies.
The study reached the following results:
- The results indicate a strong and statistically significant positive impact of AI development ethics on an organization's digital strategy. This variable alone explains approximately 71.6% of the change in strategy, reflecting the importance of the ethical dimension in shaping and improving the orientations of digital organizations in the era of digital transformation.
- The results show that promoting AI development ethics contributes significantly and positively to improving organizational culture within organizations, supporting the importance of the ethical dimension in digital work environments.
The results indicate that ethics in developing AI systems is an important factor contributing to enhancing transformational leadership practices within organizations, which supports the integration of the ethical dimension into management and leadership policies.
