The role of time management methodologies in achieving creativity in Saudi projects: A field study on companies that adopt technology.

Abstract

The research aimed to shed light on the role of time management methodologies in achieving creativity in Saudi projects that use Agile technology, by clarifying the dimensions of time management methodologies, in addition to revealing the impact of time management methodologies in their dimensions on achieving creativity in Saudi projects. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach was used in order to achieve the objectives of the study. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. This research was applied to a study population represented by employees and managers of Saudi projects. The research sample consisted of a random sample of (184) individuals. To analyze this information, a program was used Statistical analysis (SPSS).This research has reached a set of important results, the most prominent of which is that time management methodologies have an impact on achieving creativity in Saudi projects, and there is an influential role for each of the methods of self-management, management by exception, management by delegation, and management by objectives individually on achieving creativity in projects. Saudi Arabia, and the researcher recommended the need to educate workers in projects about the importance of time management, and the need to preserve it through awareness raising or through the distribution of brochures or posters, improving relations between workers in projects with the aim of developing the spirit of belonging, cooperation and love of teamwork through providing material and moral incentives and contracting Seminars on this topic within the project, careful analysis of the activities carried out by the manager because it is one of the basic gateways to time wasting, providing a suitable climate for workers in Saudi projects to benefit from their creative ideas to obtain outstanding performance.
