This study aims to analyze the impact of utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on enhancing the administrative performance of companies in emerging markets. It explores how AI can be employed to improve innovation and growth processes and to develop effective strategies for addressing dynamic challenges in these markets.
An analytical methodology was adopted to gather data from a sample of 118 administrators working in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets. The study tested hypotheses focusing on AI applications such as data analysis, administrative performance automation, and machine learning techniques.
The study highlights the influence of AI on the administrative environment of companies and is structured around three main pillars: (Establishing data warehouses as a key element of AI utilization - Analytical processing as an essential component of AI application - Providing a knowledge-based IT work environment as a critical aspect of AI integration(, The study examined the effect of these factors on the efficiency of administrative performance in companies operating in emerging markets. The findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between the use of AI technologies and the improvement of administrative performance in companies within the emerging market in Egypt.
